Our story

Like any good story this is a tale of two halves. One half (Sarah) was a cake baking goddess and the other (Alisha) found the midnight baking sessions the night before each of her children's birthdays rather stressful to say the least! She was the queen of cake hacks and loved to present something beautiful, but often didn't have the right tools or techniques to produce what she had in mind.

When Sarah and Alisha met they realised their mutual love of cake ran deep and that there had to be an easier way for people to create occasion cakes they could be proud of, at the fraction of the cost of a professional cake and without the stress of just 'winging it'. 

Hence, crumbs & confetti was born! A one stop shop of beautiful, special occasion cake kits, alongside a specially curated selection of candles and toppers. The girls have also included a couple of their secret weapons...their favourite, tried and tested baking equipment they use and love!

It's no secret these cakes require a few more wet ingredients (yoghurt, oil etc) than some other cake kits out there, but gone are the days of kits producing dry, crumbly cakes...here at crumbs & confetti these are designed to be moist and super delicious every time.
