The gender reveal cake we can finally reveal!

We're so excited to finally be able to add a gender reveal cake to our collection, something we've been working on and developing for a while now!

Why did we want to create one? With 5 kids between us Sarah and I know full well the excitement that exists in the moment of revealing the gender of your new baby for both the expectant parents themselves as well as their nearest and dearest. Using a cake to do the grand reveal is having a major moment right now and we wanted to make it easy for you all by creating one you could make, share and love with ease. 

We know how costly gender reveal cakes can be when ordered from a professional and wanted to create one which was affordable while being super cute and super easy to make at home, using the CUTEST wee pink or blue jellybeans. This way, if the parents already know the gender they can make the cake themselves, if they don't they can get a friend to order and make it and deliver it to the party on the day. We searched high and low to find the perfect wee cutesy and plump jellybeans to include within the cakes as to us the simple jellybean really symbolises the cuteness of a tiny baby at that early and super special stage of it's life.

We've designed our cake to be simple and sophisticated without any of the garish pink and blue over-the-topness that can make some gender reveal cakes look plain wrong! Elegant, cute and fun is our theme and we've created it with a gold 'oh baby' topper to fit in with any themed gender reveal party.

We had so much fun designing this cake and hope it brings all the joy that new expectant parents deserve in their special time.
